Below are the top ten failures (in no specific order) experienced when executing the tests of the program. These failures are based on actual ISV results throughout the program to date.
Documentation is not accurate and consistent with the functionality of the software (See test case 7.5.1).
Documentation bitmaps or screenshots are not accurate and consistent with the functionality of the software (See test case 7.5.2).
Text is truncated in the application (See test case 7.1.17).
Soft button indicators are not displayed in capitalized text (See test case 7.1.15).
In a zero memory condition, the application does not respond gracefully (See test case 7.4.6).
Screen content is not readable to the naked eye, for example overlapping text or graphics (See test case 7.1.10).
The application does not allow system messages or incoming phone calls to be received (See test case 7.2.9).
The application does not end and resume properly from suspend mode. After resuming from suspend mode, the application does not function properly (See test case 7.2.12).
The application shows signs of memory leaks (See test case 7.4.1).
Inappropriate behavior occurs during normal operation of the application. E.g. unclear error messages or fatal exception messages (See test case 7.4.7).
